In de categorie enkelvoudige vitamines, is een nieuwe subcategorie vitamine A gecreëerd.
Niet de echte vitamine A, maar de zogenaamde provitamine A, dwz carotenoïden, wat ook anti-oxidanten zijn en waar ze ook allemaal in staan, maar voor het het gebruiksgemak zijn deze er nu dan toch in de vitamine-categorie geplaatst.
Het betreft hier oa. de supplementen CarotenAll, LycoSorb, Lutein, Antioxidant Optimizer, Astaxanthin (en krillolie) evenals Vision Optimizer.

We've created a new subcategory within the singular vitamins, vitamin A.
Those don't contain the actual vitamin A, but provitamin A or carotenoids, which are also a class of anti-oxidants which is where you'll find them as well, but to find them more easily, the carotenoids are now all placed within the vitamin category.
The supplements that are listed are Carotenall, LycoSorb, Lutein, Antioxidant Optimizer, Astaxanthin (and krill oil) as well as Vision Optimizer.

Omdat het lastig was om een aantal producten onder 1 type te vangen omdat ze zijn samengesteld uit diverse ingrediënten, dus zowel aminozuren als kruiden als vitamines, is een nieuwe categorie gecreëerd: Optimizers Deze naam komt overeen met de naamstelling van een fors aantal producten die hierin staan.
De ingrediënten hierin zijn dusdanig gekozen dat ze op synergistische wijze samenwerken om het beoogde gezondheidseffect te bereiken.

It proved to be difficult to categorize a certain group of products, which had several ingredients that belonged to several categories like containing herbs as well as amino acids and vitamins.
Therefore a new category was created, which is called Optimizers, which is consistent with the name of the vast majority of these products.
Ingredients in these products are chosen to work together synergistically in order to achieve the purported health effect.
